Our chef, Hugo Joanette, who has 10 years of experience to his credit, brings knowledge of new tendencies and vast culinary skills transported from various countries, including Belgium.
His vast experiences are reflected in his creativity he brings to his plate. He distinguishes himself in the precise way he harmonises different flavours.
Hugo Joanette, has been on staff at the Manoir for almost 3 years.
He was promoted chef in the autumn of 2007.
